I'm a regular at this store. I have found that the female staff at this store are not at all helpful, there is one girl in particular who has never offered to help me at all, she does not greet customers and she just stares at you when you enter the store; it's quite disconcerting. The male staff are brilliant however, willing to help with everything and very friendly. The store has a good range of products, especially for cats. My only issues with the store are, like I mentioned, the women who "work" there, and they do not restock very often, so sometimes you may have to go a while before they have the item you need.
