Absolutely fantastic! The service is always great, and I generally go in there on the same day so have become quite familiar with a lot of the staff. They're always happy & helpful. If they don't know something, they'll find someone who does. There's always multiple people behind the cutting desk, so there's never that long a wait.

I thought they were fantastic. I took my son there and spent most of our time in the toddler area, which I wasn't OVERLY impressed with but then as we were about to leave I thought I'd take him on the 'big kids' equipment and we both had so much fun! I found the staff to be happy, and the service was great. I didn't eat there, but from what I could see the food like nice as well.

I love this place, and go there whenever I have the opportunity. The food is fantastic, the customer service is great and it's a wonderful and comfortable environment.

I went to this store to purchase some fabric, and was having trouble finding what I was after so I asked an employee. She rudely pointed it out to me.

After waiting 15 minutes at the cutting counter while the one person behind the counter served a customer another lady jumped the line and started getting served ahead of the people that had been waiting, when we pointed this out to the employee she said she knew, but the lady she was serving didn't understand, and she was 'just trying to be humane' - apparently that humanity doesn't extend to the people who have been waiting forever. After this lady, who apparently didn't understand how the number ticket system worked, got served she then explained the system to another customer.

I generally don't go to this store, I go to the Essendon DFO store, but I was in the area - whenever I've been here, the customer service has been horrible and they don't have basic things that I've needed in stock. I don't think I'll go back at all now.

Whenever I go to Bakers Delight in Craigieburn, the service is fantastic! The ladies who work there are super-helpful and friendly.

A great little general store and cafe, it's great if you just need to pick up a couple of things, or to catch up with friends.

I come to this shop pretty regularly to stock up on the goodies that you can't get elsewhere. The customer service s always great, and they have a wide range.

Studying through Open Universities has allowed ne to get a degree while being able to stay at home with my son.

I have been a member of rewards central for ages, and it's great. I have found better, cheaper online retailers that I wouldn't have otherwise found.

I went in to buy a certain digital SLR camera, and after talking wi me, the salesman recommended a different, cheaper camera that was much more suitable for what I needed it for. Will definitely be going back!
