Pets Pantry Home Delivery are very reliable - although they are always very busy they always have time to slot you in. They do a very good job at anything and everything and can always count on them to making your pet beautiful!

a very convenient way of ordering pet foods. delivery in the stipulated time and are of accepted quality. if they expand their varieties in dealing it will be a great advantage for them. service can be used without any fear

I ordered pet food off these guys for about 6 months. Unfortunately I decided I wanted to switch to a brand they didn't have. Good business but range is limited. Also with the expansion of pet shops on the net they are expensive unless you use their loyalty program which isn't stated clearly. Also, they once delivered the food next door and argued with my husband that we had said that address (why would we?!)

We unashamedly ONLY carry the highest quality range of pet foods available for Dogs & Cats in Australia. All our brands are put through vigorous checks to ensure that they surpass our quality & ethical standard. With over 25 years experience in Animal Nutrition you can be confident that we will supply you with only the very best. With 10 brands in Dog & Cat food we would argue that this provides our customers with sufficient choice.

After reading this review (and the company's proceeding comments), I thank you for your candid 'rating'. The fact remains that if a business fails to carry a preferred item (and refuses to stock it) it is to their disadvantage.

In addition to this, I think it a disrespectful business practice to infer that ‘ten’ options from which to choose, should be sufficient for any customer. Clearly, if you (as a customer) are not happy with the choice on offer, (or in this case, your pet is not happy), you have the right to say so and to shop elsewhere, without ridicule.

As for the company (allegedly) delivering your order to the wrong address, how dare they treat you disrespectfully for ‘their’ incompetence?

Irrespective of this, your ‘rating’ is concise and well balanced. I thank you for this and will take your comments on board.

While it is an obvious disadvantage for us to be picky about the products we stock it's really a question about ethics. We will NOT stock brands that in our expert opinion will shorten your pets life or lead to future health problems. We would rather lose a sale to a competitor's inferior offering than sell a product we know from an analysis of its ingredients and our experience is totally inadequate. If a customer is not prepared to accept our advice then of course they have the right to shop elsewhere. We respect that choice.

Delivery of pet food and accessories has been great. Easy to order via email, and delivery is usually within a couple of days.

Have been using Michael for just on four years now, and will continue to do so.

I order dog food that I cannot get local to me. They arrange delivery and I pay on invoice.
The service has always been exceptional, items arrive quickly and when I have asked for advise, the staff are really good and very helpful.
I have used this service for over a year, and will definitely continue to do so.
