From the moment we called, heartbroken, Pets R.I.P were kind, thoughtful and supportive. They made the process as easy as it could be and we are so happy with how they treated our beautiful dog and us.

Vicki was so lovely and respectful when I made the dreaded phone call and the rest of the staff followed her lead.

Pets RIP made a difficult time for us so much easier, friendly and caring staff were easy to deal with and their service was amazing. We had a home euthanasia for our fur-baby and Pets RIP picked up our baby up after giving us some time to say goodbye. The beautiful keepsakes that they make are a beautiful touch also. They gave our Archie a dignified send off. The photo frame containing his ashes is beautiful and we’ll have his smiling face forever to give us comfort. Pets RIP were very caring and timely with their responses.

Absolutely amazing! They sent us a condolence card after our cat passed. Kept in contact and updated us throughout the cremation process i.e let us know when he was collected from the vets, when he had been cremated and when he was ready for collection by us. Gorgeous certificate of cremation with paw print. Beautiful work and beautiful people.

We lost our cat of 20 years very recently. It was one of the hardest, most emotionally devastating events in our family’s life. Pets R.I.P. treated our beautiful Luna with as much respect and care as we would’ve given her ourselves. The support and understanding in their communication and the services they offered made this ordeal much more bearable. My family and I cannot thank them enough for how they’ve memorialised Luna and helped give her a final farewell befitting the love we held for her.
