Everyone at pets rip Toowoomba were amazing right from the first call to coming out and picking up our kitty and through the whole process . They are reasonably priced and you get exactly what you ask for and then more .

Absolutely recommended beric sue and their staff, they were lovely to deal with at such a heartbreaking time.

I found the Toowoomba team amazing and nothing was too much to do. I requested 1 extra thing, it was done for us. The team were compassionate and caring and didn't rush us for a decision and let us know when they had our special dog woody in their care at such a hard time. He was looked after and thats all we could have asked. They let us know when our precious woody was ready to have him back with us.The pricing was great for everything we got. I can't thank them enough for everything they did.

Pets Rip where wonderful in communicating with us and understanding our specific needs due to the loss of a dear pet. They even explained over the phone the colour difference in what we chose & were incredibly understanding, kind & patient. They were gentle in returning the ashes to us and delivered them with care.
The beautiful poem included in the folder and the extra detail has left a long impact on our family. Thank you so much

Most careing people I have meet would give them a 100percent they rang me said my cat had arrived safely into their care and rang to let me know when she was ready to come home to me .
