Losing our beloved dog, our gentle giant Buster after 15 years has been the most heartbreaking of losses for our family in a long time. Beric & the staff at Pets R.I.P were so sympathetic & loving throughout the whole process & so professional, reassuring us our boy was being taken care of while we were apart. Beric listened to my stories as I remembered the many memories our boy had given us, it helped me more than I could ever express while I was making decisions at such a sad & difficult time! The team at Pets RIP are the loveliest people on earth. I spoke to Beric on the phone and he was just wonderful. He sent someone to come pick up my baby within half an hour and the lady showed compassion rarely seen anymore. They promised me that they would look after my little girl and they sure did. I was devastated to lose my 15 year old dog Stone.
