Love Petstock Lilydale, always friendly staff, great variety, only issue I have had is the fish have all died that I have brought from there in a couple of days - and no it's not my tank's issues, my long standing fish have survived, it's the news ones I have brought from there, so I have given up and buy elsewhere now for fish but all other items I buy from Petstock

If you have a pet or need to buy a pet then Pet Stock is the place to go. They have lots of different pets from Gold Fish to guinea pigs. As well as this, you can get all your pet supplies including-Dog bowls,Kennels, Fish equipment etc. They also provide different pet car services. The open hours are:-Mon - Fri: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Sun: 10:00am - 5:00pm

I walked into PetStock Lilydale and was greeted with a smile and "How are you going today". I was very pleased with the level of customer service and vast product knowledge, especially Robert Clarke who helped me with everything I needed and gave me additional advice beyond my expectations. As a first time shopper to this store I was extremely impressed by there level of expertise and I will be definitely referring my friends to come to this store.

We always go to Petstock to get our animal things. The rewards system for customers is a big plus and allows you to build credit points with every item you buy. It's easy to redeem points, which allows you to get a monetary discount on particular items.

It's great value for things like dog bones and chews, but also leads, collars and bedding.

Not a bad place to go if you don't want the hassle or cost of a shopping centre type pet store.

I've always found the service really exceptional. Everyone I've talked to there can give you great advice on any pet issues you have, and they're all pet owners themselves and can usually share some experiences.

Anytime I've wanted something that's not in stock, they've been really reliable and got it in for me very promptly.

PETstock is great, I go out of my way to shop there. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable, and are willing to order stuff in if they don't usually stock it. They have a massive range of pet food, from the common supermarket type brands to the premium expensive stuff. They have a dog bath there too.

The staff are always friendly and are helpful with answering product queries. They stock a wide range of food and items for all animals, and stock 'healthier' food products which are more natural with less preservatives. They are cheaper than regular pet stores, and you receive a further discount when you buy in bulk. The store is kept clean and presentable. A positive shopping experience every time.
