Really fabulous crispy skin chicken and tomato rice the spicy beef noodle soup (bun bo Hue) is also great. Very reasonably priced, the surrounds are nondescript and a little tired but who cares when the food is good? Service is a little lacklustr meals come quickly but drinks can be slow - buy a lottery ticket if they remember to bring your table water.

I love the Pho here. Really cheap and fast service. The Vietnamese salad is also delicious!! If you get sick of eating Thai in Newtown, definitely give this place a try!

The food here is delicious. Lots of variety, and a menu that is mouthwatering. One of my favourites is the crispy noodle and seafood combination. Excellent food, I think they should upgrade the decor so that it matches the food- it's not worthy of the food! The interior gives the impression of a inferior dining experience when in fact, quite the opposite is true.

The food here is lovely. I've tried the chicken satay sticks, chicken rice, pork chops with egg, and of course the pho beef soup. The taste is traditional and delicious. Good value for money. Perhaps the interior could do with some jazzing up.

Great Vietnamese, crazy good value for money. The restaurant is simple and a bit of a shoe-box, but always buzzing with people. Excellent for take-away.

I had an awful dining experience here. The food was bland and the restaurant looked as if it could do with a good clean. The service was good, but I found the food awful and I couldn't finish my meal.

Ordered chicken and tomato rice and beef pho. Special opening price was $5 which was great and I saw lots of people coming in and out with several take away bags on their hands. Tried both of them; the service was extremely quick although the place was quite small. The chicken was quite fresh and the pho was well seasoned. Quite cheap too. Will come back again

One of the most authentic Vietnamese restaurants on King Street. They do not compromise on the authenticity of their service, food and prices (which many other Vietnamese restaurants on King St do). Highly recommended.

Approximate cost: $8
