Loved it! Has so many meal options and honestly a great belly-warmer and filler. Cheap real food that will fill you up. That's hard to find nowadays

I went on a bit of a Pho mission on my holiday in Melbourne. I tried a few pho places which were well recommended... This place obviously has a huge following, because it was super busy.

I don't know enough about the recipe for Pho to explain why some is better than others. But I *do* know what I don't like - I don't like Pho that is too cinnamonny, too plain, to salty, or has meat that is too chewy or cheap.

This pho has none of the qualities I don't like, and all the deliciousness which still remains a mystery to me.
Why does it taste so good? How can it be so fragrant yet so simple, so sweet yet so savoury?
I don't know... but if you love pho, you will love this place. The decor is nothing special, and the service and experience is about equal to most of the many pho places I've eaten at, in both Melbourne and Adelaide. But the difference is in the taste. Not the *very* best ever, but right up there, a good solid 8 or 9 out of 10! Do try it if you are a pho enthusiast!
