Fixed the problem, explained what was wrong and provided an easy and cheap way on how to prevent it from happening again. John completely inspected every bit of underground pipe on our property and walked me through it's location and condition. He also provided extensive advice on locations for new drainage on our property and has saved us thousands in unnecessary expense. Fully clogged toilet, couldn't use the plunger to fix it myself. Called and they came the next day and got it unclogged within 10 minutes. Very polite and very easy to deal with. Would use again and recommend to anyone.
