PJ Pools & Spas came to the rescue after Lazaway pools went bankrupt. PJ Pools were very easy and friendly to help and pick up the project, they had better quality products to offer and we hope it makes our pool life easier. All tradesman at PJ Pools have been TOP QUALITY!

Would strongly recommend avoiding the engagement of PJ pools for the construction of your pool for the following reasons:

Planning - Poor. Inattention to soil classification and site details. Did not take into account client's concerns/request regarding construction in reactive soils.

Management of sub contractors - Poor care to aesthetic detail

Communication - Poor communication with customer post commissioning of pool regarding evolving major structural pool faults.

Honouring of warranty - Poor. Declined to participate in the honouring of their responsibilities regarding product issues eg delaminating of quartz pool lining

PJ pools demonstrated a total lack of care towards their customer and are a poor reflection on the pool and spa industry.

I feel sick giving them a one because They don't deserve that!!!! Left the pool unfinished and had to finish it myself. Customer service is none existed [redacted negative personal comment]. [redacted inflammatory comment]. Fitted dodgy equipment and when complained nothing no call no visit nothing. I strongly recommend not to use these cowboys if you are after the perfect pool. I wish I would of listen to many people when choicing but I thought they cannot be that bad boy "how wrong was I. " I was tossed from admin [redacted name] to supervisor [redacted name] then to [redacted name] who just didn't care. STAYAWAY IT END UP COSTING THOUSANDS MORE!!!!!! $75000 for what that you PJ pools you are a piece of work. [redacted]

Great when they were building the pool but ran like cowards when the interior started to deteriorate after a couple of years and they weren't interested in fixing it, after repeated phone calls they finally came to sight and agreed to acid wash the pool which did nothing but ruin the interior further, as the acid ate away the layers of interior almost exposing the raw concrete. Will cost thousands to re do the interior of which I don't have. I wouldn't be sucked in by the smooth sales people as they after sales service is terrible, they just kept making excuses and blamed me rather than trying to fix the problem. Would still welcome them to come and fix the problem if they cared enough to do so but know they don't have the decency to do so.

The professionalism, wealth of knowledge and experience everyone that I came into contact with from P.J Pools made me feel like I had made the correct decision. From our initial discussion, subsequent quotation, signing of the contract and completion of the pool renovation everything went according to plan, quickly and efficiently with little disruption.

I was introduced to Mr. Scott Runting as a representative of PJ Pools when I requested a quote for a renovation of my pool surface.
Scott was extremely professional and well informed so he was able to answer any questions I had.
He was always punctual and all works were conducted when he told me they would be. Scott managed the entire project from start to finish with great efficiency leaving no inconvenience to either myself or my family during this large project.
I am extremely satisfied with the finished product and would build another pool with him Project Managing it.
I have no hesitation in recommending Scott whether it be professionally or personally.

I want to let any potential people who are looking to get a pool that the best company I have used has been PJ Pools.

Not only was there sales representative honest about a fixed low and competitive pricing he also insured that they stayed on track with the time line in building my pools.

The quality is excellent and they always keep you informed as to when things are going to be done. Use PJ Pools you will not be disappointed in anyway.

We used PJ pools and tradesmen were all on time and worked brilliantly to finish by the due date. Tony was a great and helpful supervisor. The pool is 3 years old now and minor things have gone wrong which Elizabeth assists us in fixing promptly. I would highly recommend PJs. Sorry to hear other pool owners have had negative experiences as they were wonderful for us.
