Would strongly recommend avoiding the engagement of PJ pools for the construction of your pool for the following reasons:

Planning - Poor. Inattention to soil classification and site details. Did not take into account client's concerns/request regarding construction in reactive soils.

Management of sub contractors - Poor care to aesthetic detail

Communication - Poor communication with customer post commissioning of pool regarding evolving major structural pool faults.

Honouring of warranty - Poor. Declined to participate in the honouring of their responsibilities regarding product issues eg delaminating of quartz pool lining

PJ pools demonstrated a total lack of care towards their customer and are a poor reflection on the pool and spa industry.
