I have been looking for a good hairdresser around the area for three years since i moved to melbourne. I have been here twice for cut and foils and both times have been very pleased with the result! Nice saloon, very friendly staff and expert quality.
After a horrifying experience at another Brunswick West hair salon left me in tears and my hair with thick, yellow slabs of foils, I walked into Platinum in absolute desperation. Connie sat me down straight away and I was immediately confident she was going to be able to fix my hair. She talked me through what she could do to reduce the yellow and applied a toner, which greatly improved the colour. She was lovely and friendly - I can't recommend them enough.

The hair cuts are quite ordinary, but they are a nice bunch. One of the younger girls does a pretty good cut for my kids for only $10.
