Wanted to join for 12 months.Explained to personal trainer of this and program i required.Did program/workout he instructed me to do (at a price).
No prior questions of health or medical conditions,no weight,measurements or BMI test.
Ready to pay and no details of me are in the system or any record i visited.I didnt think it was this hard to join.
Explained my situation and frustration to multiple people.Would like to speak to manager to sort this out.
After numerous calls and visits to follow this up no call back from manager.
Very bad service and would not recommend this gym.

We use this gym through a personal trainer and I would have to say it is an excellent facility. The weights room is huge and has plenty of equipment, there is a ladies only gym and a cardio area with loads of bikes, cross trainers and treadmills. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Excellent plus plus plus. All staff members in particular the personal trainers and aerobic instructors are extremely helpful, proficent and vey patient showing extreme passion in all areas of the health and fitness industry.

I have only attended the aerobics classes (not the actual gym area itself) and have found the classes to be excellent. The instructor's name is Maria and she is fantastic! She is so friendly and really knows how to motivate everyone. We also found the guy at the desk helpful with information. Can't comment on any other aspects of the gym though.

My experience at this gym was awful. there is a particular personal trainer who is extremely arrogant, and rude. the facility is not bad, but the staff could be improved. I would not recommend their services unless they imrove tremendously on the management of their staff.
