Chris and Mel are very helpful and knowledgeable about the fitness equipment that they sell and have a good range on offer. The website is quite extensive and equipment can also be brought online.

We use this gym through a personal trainer and I would have to say it is an excellent facility. The weights room is huge and has plenty of equipment, there is a ladies only gym and a cardio area with loads of bikes, cross trainers and treadmills. The staff are friendly and helpful.

All the staff are very helpful and friendly. The Physio was very thorough, asked lots of questions to fully understand my sports injury and over a series of visits has been able to treat my condition and bring relief.

Extremely helpful and able to make the furniture that you really want. We had an idea for a display cabinet in our heads but couldn't find it in any of the furniture stores not to mention in the stain/finish that we wanted. Kenny was able to design the cabinet we wanted and then match the colour to our other furniture. We love the display cabinet and so many visitors have made mention of lovely it is!

Luke is an excellent personal trainer, who helps and encourages me all the way. He knows when to push me that extra step (even when my mind is telling me that I can't do it) and surprise, surprise I can do it. I've already lost weight and toned up but still have a long way to go but I'm really keen and motivated to stick at it and continue the sessions with Revolution.
