Wanted to join for 12 months.Explained to personal trainer of this and program i required.Did program/workout he instructed me to do (at a price).
No prior questions of health or medical conditions,no weight,measurements or BMI test.
Ready to pay and no details of me are in the system or any record i visited.I didnt think it was this hard to join.
Explained my situation and frustration to multiple people.Would like to speak to manager to sort this out.
After numerous calls and visits to follow this up no call back from manager.
Very bad service and would not recommend this gym.
