I found them via True Local and they are definitely worthy of all the fabulous reviews! I'm always tentative calling tradies as they aren't always the easiest people to speak with :/ However i was pleasantly surprised. Their communication was outstanding, they were punctual and did a top quality job. Very efficient! Very well priced too, I would definitely recommend them and will be calling them again the next time i need a plumber. Thanks so much, it was a pleasure!

He called us back quickly, was able to come round the same day and proved himself to be an honest and thorough tradesman who is priced to make a living not a killing. I rang Nathan Early Monday morning(say 6:30am) and left a message saying my hot water system had died and I need something done that day. He returned My call by 7:30am and had asked me some information about the hot water system suggested some systems that would qualify with the government for the current rebates. After checking with suppliers he called and confirmed the address of our house and informed me that he would be there by 3pm and install the hot water system, which was done by 3:30pm and we had had hot water the next day and after receiving Nathans advice we also got some money from the government what a win. Thanks heaps Nathan.

Nathan is excellent. Will be ringing him first for any future plumbing problems. He was punctual, did a great job, cleaned up after himself and charged a fee we were happy with.

Called on a Friday afternoon, gave us a quote on Monday morning & had the job done before we came home from work on Monday afternoon.
