Second time I have used Power Steam and Both times I have been left extremely satisfied and grateful to Luan.
My carpets are always left looking, feeling and smelling amazing.

We had an emergency situation involving cat urine on our new couches. The Power Steam Cleaning team couldn't have been more accomodating, organising to treat and clean our couches at the end of their already busy day (Thursday before the Australia Day long weekend). They recognised the desperate situation we were in and made sure that we didn't have to wait until after the three day long weekend. We can't recommend Luan and the team highly enough for their professional, courteous and compassionate service and have already used them again for commercial cleaning at our music studio. We won't be using any other company again for both home and business cleaning.

I was contacted less than an hour after submitting my enquiry form, and an appointment locked in for the following week. Luan showed up, ran me through the process, demonstrated the steam cleaning in action which was reassuring. No nonsense, no unkeepable promises, fantastic, friendly, and five-star service and results. Definitely money well spent, and an annual event from now on.

After researching over a dozen carpet cleaning businesses, we are extremely relieved we went through Power Steam Cleaning. We had an older dog who urined on the carpet so was worried about the smell, the other carpet cleaning businesses we contacted didn’t even think they could fix this problem however after Luan cleaned our carpets, they were super clean and no smell at all. Even if you pay a little more money through Power Steam Cleaning, it’s worth it, you will not be disappointed. I normally read lots of reviews but hardly write one. Previous reviewers lead me to Power Steam cleaning, at first but I must admit I was still a bit skeptical when booking.
If you like me to be honest you do not need to worry. Power Steam Service is top notch!
We had 4 rooms, hallway, and stairs cleaned and the different Luan has made to the carpet was amazing. You can see clearly the difference before and after. He took the upmost care to make sure corners are protected prior to cleaning.
Luan was prompt and took the time to explain how he was going to treat the carpet. Our carpet is a bit old and the glue starting to peels off from the stairs. Luan even took the time to explain aspect of the carpet so I can ensure to made it safe for my aging mum. Go above and beyond his service.
On top of that I forgot to mention when booking that I had a hallway. He gave that to us for free. This was in addition to the rooms size which our was slightly bigger than standard but he didn't charge us any extra.
He also did another cleaning favour for my little brother who's getting marry this saturday as a gift. They never even meet.
You can see that Luan is honest person and is very professional in what he does. I highly recommend his service and would definitely stick with Power Steam Cleaning in future.
