Couldn't be happier with the excellent service, affordability & the result of my carpets. Power Steam Cleaning is an absolute godsend. Despite being a last minute booking (1 day prior to booking) they were able to get the job done for me. The team are absolutely polite & their customer service overall was awesome. My favourite part has definitely got to be the price, it didn't cost me a fortune. Great work Power Steam Cleaning.

Wonderful job!

Luan from Power Steam Cleaning went above and beyond in cleaning our carpets today. Our carpets have a very hard life, with 2 human children and 3 furry children. Luan was extremely efficient and helpful, and went above and beyond to get my carpets smelling and looking beautiful. Thank you Luan! I will be calling again.

Luan did an amazing job on our carpets! It smells amazing in here, I don't feel congested and my hay fever has gone away! My partner and I felt sick coming into our unit because it was so dusty and unhygienic! I'm due to have a baby in August so wanted these carpets done and thank goodness I did because they were absolutely filthy ! I would happily roll around on them now haha and feel safe having my baby on them as well !!

Service beyond all expectations!

We can't recommend Peter and the team more enthusiastically! We had a sewerage pipe overflow in our rental property, and the overflow came through the dirt under the house, down onto the cemented single car space and out of the driveway, down the driveway into the gutter. The plumber attended and fixed the issue.

Our tenant - who is an extremely difficult and problematic woman - was demanding a $5k biohazard team attend the property to deal with the issue and for her to be accommodated elsewhere for a couple of nights; a huge overreaction.

Peter responded promptly to my Hi Pages request and calmly and methodically explained what they could do to disinfect the area.

He contacted the tenant and neutralised not only the mild odor but also the tenant, through calmly listening to the protests and assisting her by carrying items including a washing machine out of the under house section. As agreed, he disinfected the soil and pressure hosed all cement areas; all the way down to, and including, the gutter.

His price was great and his service was above and beyond. He took what was a somewhat stressful situation and dealt with it with patience, good humour and professionalism - not to mention while doing an expert job. Best customer experience I have had in a very long time - THANK YOU!

Powersteam cleaned the carpet at my parents' new property before they moved in. They've done a great job as we can really see the difference. The technician was very polite and he was very patience to explain to us about carpet care. Will recommend to family and friends.

We hired Power Steam Cleaning to steam clean our lounge room carpet. The service right from the first contact with Peter was first class. We checked out all of the reviews and we now know that they're all very well deserved. Prompt, polite and informative. All of our questions were answered and we were able to book our job in the next day. Luan kept in contact with me through the morning updating me on his arrival time. He was highly respectful and polite and he was such a pleasure to deal with. He also knows his stuff and added value to the service by doing a little extra treatment where needed, at no extra charge.
