i love the Lady's there iit is in need of air con in Sumner but i love that they match there inter net prices you have to print out the item and price but some times it saves you heaps especially on maxi riders and car seats over all staff were very knowledgeable and let me ask as many questions as i needed

The place could do with some air-conditioning, it's quite hot and sweaty in there during the hotter months of the year. There are only 2 staff on board too so it takes a while to get served if you can find them. Prices are okay, not the cheapest.

It's located in an industrial type street so it gives you the feel of a warehouse type retail shop. It has a lot of variety, great pram selection. Prices are atypical of a baby shop... there are only 1-2 people in the store at all times which is frustrating when you just want to go pick 1 item up and you're waiting at the checkout for ages.

I have been to this store a few times for nursery items. I go back because it is the closest store of its type and the prices are not bad (you used to be able to print off a 10% discount voucher from the website, but I'm not sure whether that's still available). I have found the service to be pretty average, and the reductions on floor stock are not particularly impressive (they insisted that I could only get 10% off a floor stock change table, even though it was damaged and I already had a 10% coupon which I could have used for brand new stock).
