I purchased one of those online vouchers which gave me a cut, L'Oreal colour or half head of foils and OPI manicure.

The salon was easy to find and the staff were very friendly and made their clients feel at ease. My hairdresser was lovely and very easy to talk to so overall their customer service was top notch – at the end of my appointment they offered to give me the same deal for the same price on my next visit which I appreciated.

I might just be a fussy customer but there were however, a couple of things that didn't really sit right for me with this salon. For example the voucher I purchased offered a L'Oreal colour and the colour board they gave me to consult with was not of a brand I had heard of before, nor was it L'Oreal for that matter. My manicure wasn't OPI either – it was Revlon – I didn't see one OPI colour in their selection. Also I don't believe they washed my hair with salon quality shampoo/conditioner (neither was the free treatment they gave me) – it looked like the same Schwarzkopf you see at your local supermarket (having said that I know that Schwarzkopf have a salon quality product – I just wasn't sure if they used it here…)

When you go to the hairdresser you expect salon quality products to be used as I consider it a bit of a treat to go to the salon (even though it was an online voucher) – it kind of just felt like you were having a girls day at a girlfriends house.

I wasn't too bummed though because the staff there provided excellent customer service, gave great hair care advice, and at the end of the day my hair turned out pretty good.

Bought one of those online vouchers for $79 so was very happy and looking forward to getting my hair done.
I got a half head of foils,wash,cut and blow dry.
My hair was dyed a very light blonde, which i was fine with, however there was a very distinct line left right across the top of my forehead. It was a very white blonde close down to the roots but not in a straight line :(
The difference in colour was very noticeable when my hair was tied back, which I said to the lady I did all the time.
A couple of weeks later my hair started to break off around my face and I think this was due to the product being left on too long.
They said they would do the same price for me again on my next visit but i decided not to go back once I realised how my hair was looking a couple of weeks later.
I was really unhappy about this experience.

Josie is a good hair cutter and I'm very pleased. I have shoulder length hair with layering. The price was terrific and I will go back again. I had a wash, cut and blow wave. They threw in a free conditioning treatment too!

Great service, friendly and good colour and cut. Very happy with the results. A daily deal and I was given the same price for the next visit which I was very happy with too.

Where can you begin....if the shop itself isn't cute enough, wait til you meet the staff! I have never felt so spoilt at a hair salon EVER and bear in mind that I went to one for 20+ years and was like family there. I was pampered beyond belief and my gorgeous cut and color - just divine. Ever had a salon that just doesn't listen to what you want and you come out all depressed and annoyed? Well say goodbye to that forever at Priti. They listened intently at my past horror stories and assured me that all would be okay and IT WAS. I also had my eyelash extensions done by the lovely Louise and was so relaxed I almost fell asleep. All in all one of the best experiences I have ever had and I can't wait for my next visit.

Jason is my three year old son's hairdresser and he is AMAZING with children. He genuinely enjoys cutting children's hair and so creates a fun and friendly experience. My son has had his hair cut by two other hairdressers and wouldn't sit still and hated every minute of it. He now asks to see Jason. I cannot recommend Jason highly enough. Jason works very quickly and achieves an excellent cut every time.
