I've been to Proactive multiple times seeing many physiotherapists here over the years. I'd probably have to recommend Margaret Hillis. I'm very sporty and have had many injuries but through treatment and exercises has excelled my expectations!
Shes also treated my mother with chronic injuries and brought about amazing results in increasing her range of movement.

I went to the Proactive Caulfield consultation rooms. I had a general weakness and soreness in my shoulder that wasn't responding to rest. I couldn't work out what it was. I saw Sarah Kelly and within about 10 minutes she had diagnosed the problem. After just one treatment it was significantly better and I was very happy...should have seen her 3 months ago!

Busy sports & spinal rehabilitation centre. Quite a large practice with well trained & knowledgeable staff. Good range of equipment and services. I haved used them extensively for sports related injuries. Have always been given good advise & treatment.
