I used property mate direct for my end of lease bond cleaning, carpet cleaning and pest control. I was extremely un happy with the service received it was not up to standards I asked if his work was not up to the real estate’s standard would he rectify as I didn’t want to have to worry about it at all, he said yes he would.
My real-estate came back with a massive list that needed to be rectified and I’m not surprised, I was shocked how dirty the place still was! I let him know about the list and he told me he would go back the next day to clean what was missed. No one was able to meet him to make sure he showed up but later that afternoon the real estate went back to check that everything on the list had been done but they contacted me to let me know nothing had changed since they viewed it last.
That afternoon myself and my parents had to spend 4 hours cleaning and rectify his poor efforts. I let him know that we had to go back and clean for 4 hours, I even sent a photo to prove how dirty it still was. He asked me for a letter from my real estate to state it wasn’t to standard and nothing on the list was done and then he would reimburse me. I sent the letter through the same day but I heard nothing back all day. I then called several times the next day he wouldn’t answer and ignored all messages but when I called off another number he text saying please text only.
I would not recommend his services as it was a waste of money and caused more stress to an already stressful move! The fact we still had to spend hours cleaning was ridiculous and his behaviour after has been so unprofessional. Look elsewhere if you’re looking for a bond cleaner!

Nigel from Propertymate Direct was extremely helpful in getting out those hard to get stains! We had moved out that week, and the real estate agent was very impressed with how lovely and bright the carpets came out. They did look new again! Wish I had them done when I was living there, but Nigel is our personal own carpet cleaner! And will be getting him out every year. He is super friendly (as my kids say), and had great tips for future spills :)
