They are terrible. My husband took me to buy a birthday present. They had a ring advertised in the wrong box at the window. After convincing us to buy it they said it has the wrong price and would not honour the advertised price!!! The assistant manager was so rude! Never going back again!

Thanks Prouds staff-when my husband bought me a ring that needed resizing I didn't expect that would cause dramas. I paid $40 and had the ring sent for resizing. This took about a week and on collection it was still far too large. Can only speculate as to why. Staff contacted to say they'd be able to have the ring resized at a Jeweller in shoppingtown. Went back again to Proud (third visit for this ring!!!) and had an easy transaction with the independent jeweller - all paid for by Prouds - meaning my ring, albeit nearly a month after my birthday, now fits! The store staff weren't as bubbly as you'd want, seemed a bit uninspired and careless; nonetheless happy to have this problem resolved.

I don't normally go into jewelry stores as I find them a bit daunting sifting though the many items for sale. It was so easy in this store however as the sales assistant quickly helped me narrow down my search from a few simple questions. It was a quick, easy purchase and I even got a discount!

I went into the store to buy, not to browse and rather expected a higher degree of service. I rather felt as though I didnt really matter. Staff didn't seem interested in assisting me and I have certainly received better service in other jewellery stores. The product itself was very disappointing. I bought gold stud earrings and the assistant went to tighten the stud backs. Maybe this was a hint for me to shop elsewhere. A couple of days later I had lost the earring due to the back falling off. This is poor workmanship and not something I would expect from a reputable jewellery store. I buy quite a lot of jewellery for myself, my friends and family, but not from Prouds again.
