I've been with this company for years,and this last year has changed alot,no replies to emails anymore,they used to be quick,now you spend 20 min in surveys with no points at completion,I would avoid

I've been doing surveys on this site for several years. They used to be worthwhile with regular surveys and payments but not anymore. I never qualify for surveys anymore. As soon as I click on the survey it says that they have reached the required number of respondents. I don't think this site is worth bothering with anymore.

Take surveys then don't get rewarded for them. No help from them they won't answer emails or phone calls. LEAVE THIS SITE ALONE & GO ELSEWHERE.

I have not been paid by them since they changed over to QOR from Bluejay. I have a redemption from December 2019 still sitting in my account saying "processing" and I have just redeemed again on the 20th August 2021. That is $60 sitting in "processing". They keep sending me surveys to do but it seems you never get paid. They must be getting paid by the clients that request surveys to be done so they must be pocketing the money.

I had been with QOR for quite a few years and even though it was very low payout over a year, I still qualified for a lot of surveys. Since they changed ownership they are absolutely useless. I will get a survey invite maybe once a month and then will not even answer any questions as they will say immediately that I don't qualify. I would say they are complete rubbish now and it would be best to avoid them. I am a member of a few other sites that give me constant surveys daily and I am rewarded every couple of weeks or so. Do not bother with QOR.

There is no customer service! They never reply! They never sent any surveys out to me any more since it changed from BlueJay surveys. BJ kept my balance of $19 which was SUPPOSED to be tranferred to QOR. Never happened! Now i have $15 in QOR FOR 8 MONTHS AND CANT GET TO $20 SO I CAN CASH IN AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT! How they got 3 stars i wonder!

Since QOR took over BlueJay (I had been with them for years) I haven't been able to participate in a survey even though I get invited, fails to load survey on multiple devices and says I don't qualify, dozens of surveys. Emailed support and sent screen shots as requested, no response. I am beginning to suspect they are stacking the surveys to what they want outcomes to be by excluding subscribers. I have asked them to prove me wrong. And can't get my credit from them. All round a seems a group that doesn't care for their customers or subscribers.

Since they changed from BlueJay Surveys they have not paid me my pending payment (was due in November 2019). Customer service will not answer months of emails.

I had been doing survey for these guys for a few years and then I suddenly didn't receive any invites. I have tried contacting them via email for 2 months and still no answer, I have also tried calling them, not no answer. I still have $29 in my account with them and would like to receive it. I am wondering if they have closed and taken my money with them. Very disappointing as I thought they were quite professional.
