A hidden gem inside the bowels of the Park Hyatt. This restaurant reminds me of the tiered mezzanine restaurants inside mega cruise ships. The muted-spot lighting, multiple levels and alcoves ...
The architect has really worked magic on the otherwise limited floor space to maximize table numbers and privacy.
The restaurant service and food itself is also very good.

This is my favourite place to eat breakfast in Melbourne at the moment. Radii is a fantastic looking restaurant which drops and rises between a few different levels. It is a very artistic design. The food for breakfast at least is buffet style with sausages, bacon, bread, cereals, many fresh juices, fruit, hash browns, eggs cooked however you ask and so on. It's a good atmosphere on the outskirts of the CBD, the service is good and the food is divine. The smoked salmon is my favourite item on the breaky menu. It's not what you'd call cheap, but you wouldn't walk in there expecting it to be. Definitely recommended.

I went to Radii for a Christmas function earlier this month. I've been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time. Food was amazing, had the Wagyu beef carpaccio, shimiji mushrooms, foie gras vinaigrette as entree, main was the grilled snapper with woodfired mushrooms & steamed broccolini, lemon, almonds for sides. I was not disappointed with the food quality. Had the cheese platter for dessert as I was already full & content from dinner. The service however was poor considering the calibre of this restaurant. Firstly, I don't recall being asked for drinks - the waiter just assumed I was drinking the wine(s) our table ordered. When we asked for extra butter for our bread, our designated waiter pretty much 'yelled' at us for getting him to come over to our table - very rude, although he did later 'apologise'. One of the specials was a whole crayfish ($89 each). For a party of 6, 4 of us wanted the crayfish but they ran out and only 2 of us had it. Total bill was approx $780.00

I've been here once for dinner and it was a very good experience.

For food, I had the snapper fillet for the main, and it was very good, as were the sides I had with it. In fact, on that night, it was near perfect. The service was pretty good too, as they were fast and efficient, the only issue was that they weren't friendly at all. The speed was average for the night in regards to the arrival of our mains. The environment was average, with the restaurant area looking very formal but not very bright or inviting. The value was alright on the night, because my main was so good, but it is otherwise very expensive. I'd definitely come back.
