I have known Raquel for over 15 years. I was seeing her when she was working inside the chemist. Now she has brought this place in Edwards St and she has done so well for herself. She is a gorgeous lady, very genuine, has exeptional interpersonal skills, is very caring and is very honest. More people who own a business should be like Raquel. Hi i have been going to Raquel since she was inside the pharmacy long time ago....more than 10 years i think...i live in eltham so is a bit of a drive but her service and prices are hard to beat.
If you very very lucky, maybe you will meet Raquel ( the owner ) one day...she is a very busy mum running a successful business. The good thing is that she has done a great job training her team! always friendly and time effective! if you go to Raquel's skin care center be ready because the will be ready for you. Always leave the place with a smile.

disappointing experience at raquel's after years and years of loyal patronage. felt like a valued customer on numerous visits but when i went there for a last minute service the day before my wedding, without an appt, they wouldn't fit me in even though there were no other customers waiting at the salon at that time and i was only going to take a few moments. pity, because i was very happy with their services and was happy to travel a fair distance to visit them after i moved away from the suburb.

Raquelle who is the owner and works in salon with other girls is an absolutely lovely person aswell as business woman. Always a smile on her face and always ready to give her best. Great atmosphere with soothing music and smily faces. Very professional and has a great team of girls who are great at what they do. Waxing, facials, nail painting etc is all available aswell as her introduction last year of laser hair removal. This has been great for me, reasonably priced and Raquelle is always gentle and very cautious. Always in veruy quickly hardly a delay so that if you have something on you will not run late. Always will give you a call to confirm most bookings. Lots of parking.

You never have to wait long to be treated and can usually be in and out within a short space of time (depending on your treatment).
