We had our house appraised by a rep from Ray White, and found him to be polite, respectful, considerate. We weren't selling but wanted to get an idea what it was worth.

We have been tenants with Ray White Rowville for 2 and 1/2 years. They have provided very disappointing service is this time, particularly with respect to getting repairs done. A couple of examples:
1. Our hot water service is very dodgy and fails regularly. When we called Ray White on a Saturday because we had no hot water, they told us they could not do anything until Monday morning (despite hot water being an essential service they have to provide). After much arguing and shouting down the phone, they eventually agreed to contact the Landlord to get him to fix the problem.
2. During the wild storms in March '10, both of our skylights were damaged and needed to be replaced. Ray White would not believe us 3 months later that the Landlord had still not fixed them, despite them taking photos the day before! They offered no support in solving the problem and we had to resort to filing a Breach of Contract.

It appears as though this business has failed on many fronts here and we are pleased to hear that the matter was taken further. The amount of estate agents acting unlawfully is staggering and no doubt a huge frustration and disappointment for many tenants. We empathize with your situation and hope all has been resolved.
