For 12 years, i have had my hair cut by Razz! I always leave the salon with a sharp haircut and a smile! A highly professional and friendly team! Cannot recommend enough!

I have been going to razz for over 8 years. The team have always been extremely consistent and professional. My colour is always perfect. I have had large variety of cuts and the team always provide great advice as to what will work best with my hair and have alway delivered. i often get comments on how great my hair looks. I would not recommend anyone else!

I have very fine straight blond hair which has always been difficult to colour and cut and consequently going to the hairdressers was always stressful. I have been going to Jason for the l2 years and I trust him completely not only to give me a good colour and cut but also to give me sound advice about what I can and can't do with my hair. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Razz Hair and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!

I would highly recommend Razz Hair. All staff are very professional and I love what they do with my hair everytime....I have driven 80kms (round trip) for 7 years now just to get my hair cut and coloured by Jason because I know Razz Hair is the best place to go. I highly recommend Razz Hair.

After visiting these hairdressers a few times, they were the agents of a hair disaster so terrible that I ended up crying, hysterical, on my way home.

I have verified this review to WOMO, with documentation proving my experience is genuine - something that not every reviewer has done! I usually give positive reviews, please have a look at my feed. I am not someone who gets off on writing bad things about my consumer experiences - I just want to warn others!

The hairdresser tried to use a color corrector on some patches of slightly darker colour that had developed in my lovely copper-blonde hair. But instead of it evening the colour out, the product fried my hair and stripped the colour so I had burned, bleached stripes where it had been applied. I ended up with stripy, fried, multicolour hair 100 times worse than before. I can't believe she let me leave the salon looking like that: a decent hairdresser would have re-done the job, or got their manager! I asked her about why it was so dark, to open a conversation about how bad it was, but she blamed my hair because I had some uneven bits to begin with - which was ridiculous. It was FAR more patchy and disgusting when I left, than the little tiny patches of uneven bits I had previously.

It was so damaged, fixing it would have been expensive elsewhere ($400ish), so I had to cut it off. It was down below my chest and I cut it to above shoulder length.

I had previously had two ok colours from this same hairdresser, but I will never trust them again. Good hairdressers are consistent, and these guys are a disaster. My advice is: even if you know someone who has previously had a good hair cut from them, DON'T TRUST the work of this salon. It is too hit and miss, and they might just might ruin your hair!

I suppose I should thank them, because this hair disaster was so bad, I was forced to grow my hair back to its natural colour. It is now a lovely blonde colour, and I am no longer a slave to hairdressers who charge hundreds of dollars for the ginger I used to love!

HI Jason, I am sorry that we could not come to an agreement to move forward. As previously mentioned on facebook, the time to offer to correct the problem was when I was CLEARLY distressed in your store. I have now found a new hairdresser and cut my hair shorter, as my hair was too damaged to be repaired fully.
