Great research tool if you are looking for either a property to rent or to buy. Very easy to use, frequently updated, lots of photos and links to handy tools such as mortgage calculators.

I have been house hunting for 3 or 4 months now and use this website religiously every day. It is always up to date - I have even compared it to the local real estates own websites and it is never behind in listings. The information is dependent on what the real estates provide, but the website itself is very good. Makes searching for a house much easier than having to check 5 or 6 individual websites

this is a great site as it is well laid out and lets you browse all the different houses on the market...then only problem is the customer service side of it as it is very slow!!!

I used realestate.com.au to find a rental property and it saved so much time! It was a good way to weed out the properties that we would have wasted our time going to. The website is a great way of bringing together all the available properties and the search function is very helpful in refining exactly what you want. Some unwanted properties still came up but you can save the properties you like to make it easy to find them again. The properties with the most photos were the most helpful to see

I found Realestate.com so handy, I found myrental property through these guys they were always up to date and always had it set up good. I reccomend anyone wanting to sell or buy or to rent to check this stie out.

i love this website, i have rented many properties through looking at the website, I just bought a large property that was advertised on this site and thankfully the pictures were not updated and well we made a very quick and easy buy. thanks.

We used RealEstate.com recently when purchasing a property. It was great to do a lot of research from home and saved a lot of time by viewing properties over the net to make up a shortlist of properties we wanted to visit. The search function was good, but could be better if able to refine the search more. It was frustrating that a lot of the properties listed where under contract or sold, we have since heard that this information is updated monthly.
