This place is great if you're a hot chocolate fan. There are about 20 different types and they are reasonably priced. I do agree that some of the staff are hopeless! The waiter serving us just said "i have no idea" when we asked him what cakes were available and didnt bother to find out for us! He also didnt seem to have any knowledge of the other items on the menu so I'm assuming it is because he was new. The cakes are pretty good, and I dont know if the hot chocolates I've tried had cashew milk or normal but they are large enough and rich enough to leave you happy!

Alphabet city is an average cafe- there is nothing particularly great about it and there are other cafes a lot better but they do a very good beef nachos!
Some staff members are friendly but others can be quite cold. I have been served stone cold coffees and hot chocolates and have been treated very rudely when I asked for another hotter one! Friends have also been treated rudely when they found a fly and a hair in their food (in the one visit) and tried to get another meal - the manager did not apologise and refused to give them a free meal which is understandable but is not the sort of service that makes someone want to come back! Their hot chocolates do come with mashmellows though which is a plus!

I have bought quite items of clothing for babies as gifts from Seed and they are very good quality and stylish! The fabric feels lovely and soft to touch and the clothes are so cute! The store is set out nicely and the staff are friendly and helpful. The bodysuits are about $35 which is a little pricey compared to cheap stores like kmart, but for the quality and cuteness it is well worth it!

I used realestate.com.au to find a rental property and it saved so much time! It was a good way to weed out the properties that we would have wasted our time going to. The website is a great way of bringing together all the available properties and the search function is very helpful in refining exactly what you want. Some unwanted properties still came up but you can save the properties you like to make it easy to find them again. The properties with the most photos were the most helpful to see

My family has been going to Dr Gildea's dental surgery for nearly 10 years and he is an excellent dentist. He is always kind, polite and friendly and is very good with treating children. He has photos of his family on the walls and his dental nurses are as polite and friendly as he is. It is quite difficult to get an appointment, and as with most dentists it is pricey, however you always leave happy with the service and outcome.

The staff here are very knowledgeable and eager to help. The times I have been there I have been offered assistance straight away. They have very cute cats, dogs and rabbits for sale.. or just to look at! The staff seem to really care about your pets... I take my rabbit in to get wormed and his nails cut for only $5 and it is very quick, easy and painless! The staff member keeps our rabbit calm and he even likes the taste of their worming medicine!

The centre has quite a few doctors and while they often have appointments available at late notice I have found it difficult to regularly see the same doctor.
The doctors can be hit and miss... I found one doctor (Dr Emma) to be very compassionate and understanding, however when I tried to get another appointment with her she was on leave. The next doctors I tried varied - one made me feel silly and did not really help me with my complaints and left me feeling like I had wasted my time however another was very thorough and kind.
My next health issue was something I found uncomfortable talking about but I was relatively happy with the next doctor I visited (Dr Kristina) and so made another appointment to follow up. I reported to reception when I arrived and then waited for about 45 minutes without seeing Dr Kristina..eventually I saw her walk past my seat, and then another female doctor came out and called me into her office.. when I explained that I did not have an appointment with her, I had one with Dr Kristina she looked confused and told me that Dr Kristina had left, and that my appointment was with her. I then had to explain the situation again, and answer the same questions that I had already been through with Dr Kristina. While the new doctor was empathetic I was embarrassed and upset at having to go through everything for the second time and if I had have known my 'follow up' appointment was not going to be with the same doctor I would not have come. I left feeling humiliated and angry that the reception staff had not told me of the changed appointment when I told them at the desk which doctor I was there to see. I have not been back to Doctors of Northcote because I dont feel I can trust the service I will get
