They are by far the best Melbourne Furniture Removals company we have used. The team were polite, very pleasant and extraordinarily careful with all my furniture, they rolled out runners throughout our home so that the floors wouldn't be damaged. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in using them again. Highly recommended, great to see a family business taking off.

This story is a classic, I still can't believe how this has worked out. I rang Red Carpet Removals because our removal company sent us a text message at 5am telling us they double booked our job. Sam and Tony arrived at our 5 bedroom property with trolleys, Skateboards, bubble wrap and one big truck. They asked me where all the furniture was, I replied we're renovating we don't live here and by the way aren't you guys red carpet removals don't you guys remove and dispose of carpet. Sam replied we specialise in Furniture Removals, BUT while we're here and being former handy men we might as well do the job. By golly they did a great job no marks on the floorboards what so ever. We had one of the most stressful move days ever but Sam approached all of our hiccups and stuff ups with the utmost patience, understanding and professional attitude. Thanks to the guys who helped relocate us on Thursday.My workplace used these guys previously and they were terrific. These guys don't muck about, the previous movers we used 2 years ago were terrible not to mention had cigarette breaks every 30min while the clock was running. They used blankets when needed & all our items arrived in one piece. Excellent system from the minute we booked with them till the end of our move. An impressive performance from the 2 lads who helped us move last week. Our move contained your normal household items besides a very fragile crystal cabinet whom was given to me by mother in law. We were very worried about that piece being moved. The guys were great overall bubble wrapped and moved the cabinet with ease they we're very patient and easy to deal with. Thanks again guys hopefully we never move again buy if we do we're calling Red Carpet Removals.

We are so happy and relived we decided to choose Red Carpet Removals as our Furniture Removalist. The Last Removalist we used which i wont name were nothing short of horrible . We decided we choose Red Carpet Removals based on their online reviews and great communication from the get go. The guys moved us into our new home in Wallan and i could honestly not fault them. Furniture was well looked after, no marks on wall and worked as a team and didn't waste time like the previous mob we used.
