Unpleasantly rude staff. I bought some bread there which was mouldy...disgusting! I don't think they even make the product on site..so it's been brought in.

Approximate cost: $3.00

I found the two older ladies working behind the counter to be particularly rude and aggressive on numerous occasions. I now take my business elsewhere!

I go to Red Poppy at least once or twice per week. Their buns, cakes and kids biscuits are great! There is always a huge selection so I am never disappointed. Recently, the fresh strawberry and cream cake I sometimes buy for a morning tea had sold so they made me one up on the spot - fantastic service. If you need a quick lunch, their sandwiches are lovely and fresh, made on the spot. They already have some great little Christmas treats coming out. If you are looking for consistency, freshness and good pricing without having to pay for all the frills of a boutique bakery then I highly recommend.

Your standard bakery. The usual variety of pastries, slices, pies and bread. It's OK. I'd prefer more specialty breads and interesting cakes. The bakeries in Oakleigh are much better

Approximate cost: $2
