We would like to say a HUGE thank you to Trish and her team at Red Truck for all of their assistance during our move. The men who arrived to do our move were prompt, professional and courteous; they took the time to introduce themselves to us and explain the process of the move from start to finish. These guys went above and beyond to ensure that our move went as effortless as possible, even so far as to introduce themselves to our neighbours, asking permission to park outside their property and apologising in advance for any inconvenience caused.

I moved over the weekend and they conducted the process with such grace, care, attention to detail, and ease.
Everything came across smoothly and in perfect condition. I was very impressed by the way David and Jack handled all the boxes, and especially my fragile items and precious furniture. They picked up everything so smoothly, but were also so fast and quick in loading and unloading in my place.
I also appreciate the details of putting the fridge and washing machine in place and hooked up, ready to go.
Prior to the move, David came to my apartment and noted all my items. He answered all my questions and shared tips on packing fragile items. He also offered a fixed quote which I really appreciated.
In the week of the move I received an email with confirmation details, and an SMS the day before. This team are very reliable and trustworthy, and I felt safe moving all my belongings and home office with them.
It made me feel relaxed to know everything was well organised and ready to go.
Red Truck are also a member of AFRA, and have public liability insurance – which are big pluses with me!
It was also nice to socialise as well and have fun with the move, which made it a purely joyful experience.
