For time user of David's service after reading the reviews here. I was a bit skeptical at the beginning but when David arrive on time at my door step with a big grim that changes everything.
Not only was he on time (unusual for tradies), he showed every bit of professionalism he had and got the job done.
Highly experienced based on the feedback and tips David provided with pests prevention.

Had our house sprayed back in December. The only spiders we have seen have been dead ones. David was helpful, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Like previous reviewers have said, one of the most impressive things about David is his knowledge. He was prompt, courteous, communicated well, explained everything and answered all my questions. It's difficult to comment on quality and value at this point because the nature of pest control is of course that we will know over the next few months how successful it has been. That said, I am quietly confident it will be great - and I know that if there are any issues, I only have to call David to have them sorted. So far - top notch!

Phenomenal customer service.

David is the definition of providing exemplary customer Service. He was helpful over the phone on my initial enquiry and provided a quote that was as competitive as our rental agent's permanent pest guy (and was excellent value). I believe the agent is now using him for other rentals!

David was thorough in the work he did inside and outside a five bedroom house plus two attic spaces. There was one area he couldn't get to because we didn't have the key, and he gave us a call one day when he was the area to come back and do it.

We had a recurrence of the issue that needed addressing and David came back and redid the whole house again.

I contacted David from Stewart Pest Control based on the strength of his WOMO reviews, and I was not disappointed. David came to our house this morning, and was polite, punctual, efficient, competent and friendly. He was mindful of our kids and our dog, explained everything he was doing very well, provided extremely good value for money, and was able to give us a comprehensive service that included insects, spiders as well as rodent control for the best price I have encountered. I will definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone.

Dave was excellent to deal with on the phone when I booked. He fully explained the cost and what was included in the service. My wife also spoke highly of him when he arrived at the house, again explaining what would be carried out and what sort of results we could expect to see.
