Being the busy Christmas period, I thought I would have to wait a couple weeks when booking but David was able to come within the week. He was friendly and excellent to deal with on the phone. He fully explained the cost and what was included in the service, which I felt was good value. I was impressed with his punctuality, efficiency and knowledge.
