He came when he said he would he worked on my grandsons broken laptop for 45mins but was unable to fix it due to broked parts he charged me nothing for his time and gave me a number to fix it i highly recommend this business as fair and honest

I have had Miguel's help with my computer problems for a few years now. Being somewhat on the senior side I do get a few small problems and a lot of bigger ones. Found a great new computer for me, at the right price; installed it; talked me through the difficult Office 2010 programme with amazing patience and then, in his quiet and friendly way has coached me these past twelve months and managed to get this old man to become a half-decent communicator (to all my friends' surprise). My main hard drive failed recently failed, to which I had no backup. The Relief IT guys came out that day, retrieved all my important files and set me up with a backups so it wont happen again.
