Hi, ordered and had a good experience - the tap i ordered was delivered a few days later - in the evening so didn't have to collect from the post office.

Ordered a custom sized shower grate, very happy with the ordering and delivery process. The product is possibly slightly thinner material than the standard grates available through a hardware store but we are happy with the end product. A very good option for custom fitting to a preset drain hole.

Still waiting for order.... not that impressed. Rang customer service but they dont really know what is going on. At least the person was nice. I hope the products good quality.

Was let down by another supplier who had no stock of an item I required. Found the item easily with a google search at the Renovator Store. Order was placed online, all communication associated with the transactions was efficient. Item arrived in a very timely manner and product exceeded expectation. Overall a very successful outcome.
