Exceptional remedial massage experience, for a firm massage I highly recommend the trigger point style massage. First therapist I hav met who takes the time to make sure muscles are properly released before progressing to other body parts (alternatively if u prefer a little of everywhere this is an option too). Excellent value for money, so you can afford to come back for a second, third session to continue to unknot your body.
