I had an awful experience with Rex Removals. They promised us that all our household items would be moved, including our treadmill which I specifically asked them about beforehand. I booked their company on that basis. The removalists could not move the treadmill, and they cut all contact with me when I called them and emailed them asking to send someone who could move it for us. I have never experienced such substandard service. I considered initiating proceedings against this company for the cost of paying a separate company to move my treadmill. They also installed my dryer upside down and I had to pay someone else additional money to rectify that too. Really disappointed in this company.

I moved house last week and had very good experience with these guys. if you are looking for cheap and efficient movers then these are the guys you should be booking. Thanks Manfred and team!

I booked REX Removals for my move last week. I had 2 pickups (a house and storage). It was the best moving experience I had. It was done quickly and efficiently and they were very careful with my furniture. Nothing was a problem. So highly recommended that I have recommended REX to my friends for their upcoming move.

This was the worst moving experience I've had, considering I know them of whom I was a client in their seperate business for many years and that I had previously given them a $300 bird cage. I was only moving several kms, they were late and I had to call them several times. They damaged my $600 tall boy, tore the skirting and achitrave out of the wall. When I went back to pick up my son (they couldn't see me) but there they were, chatting and having a cigarette and texting....at MY expense! When they arrived at my new destination, they chipped the corner of the walls, put black marks on the freshly painted walls, it was a disaster to say the least. DO NOT use Rex Removals. When I called them to complain and to ask for a discount reagrding the damage etc..., they said they'd speak to the management and that they would call me....NO call ever came. People like like this do not deserve to have a business, it's a disgrace!!!!!

I booked Rex removals to move my mum. I was nervous about moving her as she has not moved for over 25 years and was concerned that the move would stress her. But moving day with Rex removals was completely smooth sailing, they truly exceeded both mum and my expectations. They arrived early, worked so very hard and were so patient with us and extremely professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Rex removals. Thanks guys for making moving day stress free!

I will never use these guys again or ever recommend them to anyone. While there were 2 guys on the job only 1 of them did the fair share of the work. The other guy went off for 3 smoking breaks which lasted 20 mins each. Another time he went to the shops and didn't come back for another 15 mins. I was also only moving one street away which takes less than 2 mins to get to but they took over 30 mins to get there (possibly another smoko?) unapologetic when they did finally arrive. Then when they were finally done the smoking guy said they only charge by the hour and I'd have to pay until the next hour (an additional 30 mins) I feel so ripped off.

After stressing for weeks on who to choose for a local move, I went with these guys because they were the cheapest. These guys were awesome- friendly and quick, which is what you want when you are paying by the hour. They were late to do the move though
