I took my laptop in to this shop for repairs and when I returned to pick it up the owner of the shop has SWAPPED my computer for an older cheaper scratched up model. He then called me a liar when I was 1000% positive and insited that it wasn't my computer he was trying to make me pay for. I called the police whom are unable to do anything for me as this theif would not return my laptop computer to no avail. He has not returned my laptop and I will be taking this to court. What an absolute joke!!!!!!. I am heart broken as this laptop was for my son and now we have nothing.
