Previously have received very very grumpy service - a good reason to avoid the place in the past. However, in 2010 they have improved greatly in service all round. Even staff that was previously grumpy are now really nice to deal with. Value has not changed - this has always been good. Sandwiches and rolls are always well-stuffed with fresh salad. I buy lunch from them all the time now. Keep it up!

I had been to this cafe a few times but on the last occasion, the manager who took my order had decided to write an order of two main dishes instead on a dish with a side dish. After some heated discussion and when she started to realised she was in the wrong, you kicked us out of the cafe.
