They sold me a car but never transferred it to my name. Their business is closed and number disconnected!
This is really stressful, either give me my money back or give me the car! I am going for a fraud case against them.
Since purchasing my car in November of 2015, I have done nothing but put my hand in my pocket for this car, I was meant to receive a reimbursement from the dealer from rego transfer which never happened, replaced altinator and gearbox blew up, air con also there alone just under $4000 also car was due for major service (which I had no idea) that alone was $1200, car yard has avoided emails. Would not recommend.
Dear Amanda, I'm sorry that you have had some bad luck with your car but I cant do much to help if I don't know who you are. I would take a blown gearbox very seriously we have warranties in place to assist with this type of malfunction. I have looked through my emails and this one is racking my brain. if you would like me to assist please either give me a call or send an email so I know who you are.

Buying or selling a car can be a stressful task, and it is even more stressful as a woman. Most car dealers I visited gave me the full on hard sales talk without taking into consideration what I wanted and / or treated me patronizing. Finally someone recommended me to go and see Rob, that 'he'll look after me'. Rob was refreshingly kind and pleasant to deal with, as he treated me as a person, with honest and straight talk, and helping me to make the right choice for me. My friend was right, Rob makes sure his customers are looked after and I am happy to recommend him to all my friends too.
Purchased a BMW that was leaking oil like a sieve so badly it caused damage to the coil pack which ended up happening outside statutory Warranty period. (The oil leak was listed on the original road worthy but was obviously NOT fixed). We paid extra for an extended warranty at time of purchase but it didn't cover such a fault. The Gearbox failed 6 months after purchase and we were advised by all BMW wreckers that this particular model is so notorious for this issue that stock of reconditioned gearboxes were now completely diminished. This was definitely a surprise as the dealer professed to be quite knowledgeable with BMW's, especially this series. The dealer was sympathetic to our situation and offered to buy the vehicle back amongst other promises. The dealer told me weekly that he "didn't have the money this week" and after 2 months by local mechanic no longer wished to store the vehicle in his yard and we were forced to sell it for $1450. Dealing with this business has personally cost me over $8000 as a result of this sale. Despite this, the dealer has resorted to bullying, intimidation tactics and threats of legal action in an attempt to force me removed any poor review. AVOID!

Guys you've got this wrong. I know the business and it was put into liquidation without the owner knowing.This means he no longer has control of anything to do with the business this includes Vic Roads. For the record registration is not a title of ownership just because your car hasn't been transfers doesn't mean it's not yours. There is a simple process call consumer affairs or vicroads they will tell you what to do so there is no loss on your front. For the record here the owner has a family and he has been left with nothing. The only people that win here are the liquidators and solicitors.
