Terrible customer service from the staff.
It was my first time there & will be the last. The staff showed no interest in helping me or did not even greet me with a hello when I walked in when they opened the doors.

My family and I have been regular customers at Robbo's Pet Barn since first purchasing a puppy in 2006.

The staff there have been more than helpful, with accurate advice in caring for the large string of animals to follow (including mice, a bunny, and cats).

They have a great "drive through" barn location, where it is easy to lift heavy items and necessities straight into the car before paying on the way out. They also have several walk through aisles (trolleys provided) filled with things such as toys, food bowls, collars, leashes, and more.

They have a huge variety of brands in stock, one of the biggest varieties I have seen in any pet supply store.

I find that things such as food and health treatments are often cheaper than other places, however some of the toys and fun things at Robbos can be found cheaper in Grocery Stores and even "two dollar" style stores.

I would definitely return, as the range of products, generally above average value, and friendly, helpful service are much appreciated by my family.

I love being able to drive right into the barn. With shopping trolleys nearby I can walk around and grab what I need. Catering for a range of pet types they usually have what I need. The staff are usually only found near the counter but are willing to help you find what you need and have lots of good advice too

We just bought a new puppy, and haven't had a dog before. The girl at Robbo's Pet Barn was really helpful, and showed us everything we needed, how much food to give. She was very knowledgeable.

I have been looking to buy in bulk for my pets for a while, but haven't found a pet store that was the most affordable to justify a large purchase. However, after researching, I discovered Robbo's Pet Barn. They had the cheapest prices with both bulk kitty litter and for flea treatment. As I live on the other side of Melbourne, I ordered online, and received free shipping and it was delivered within two days. Very happy!

I have been going to Robbo's for years and they are pretty well stocked with an assortment of quality pet products. I buy Nutrience pet food for my cats and dog and they are one of the few retailers that still stock this brand with the occasional price special or bonus item giveaway now and then. Although the prices for products in general are no cheaper than other pet specialty stores.

Unfortunately the customer service has deteriorated over the years. The girls used to be so friendly and now they simply put your transaction through without much of a smile or chit chat like in the past. I don't think they are properly trained to know their products thoroughly to be able to give good advice either.

Great range of products for all animals, at an expected price. Great if you want to buy in bulk. Staff were friendly but not very helpful, weren't able to give advice on the best food for parrots. Told as to buy a processed parrot feed. It was quite expensive and our parrots wont eat it

This is an unusual pet store as it is actually drive through! Its great on wet days and for heavy items like the big bag of biscuits. It is fantastic when you know what you need but the first time I went I parked and walked around and the staff were really helpful.
