I agree with the previous review, I was pleased with the service and staff - aswell as the entire shop itself, from the layout, to the quality of the products. No complaints.

My experience was opposite to the other shopper. I have been to this shop specificially 4 times. I leave the city to shop at this store because of one particular lady who helps me no end. Running a store by yourself or maybe only two and not at lunch hour, is daunting enough. I am not so good at picking colours and things that go together so this lady who lived in sydney for years doing this same job elsewhere comes to my aid and puts things together like no one else. Style suits or does not suit from season to season but the main classic themes are in print with quality fabric. I am so sick of fabric that looks abismal after a couple of washes and has no life or has colour wash out. I like garments I buy to last for some years. If you happen to find this lady in store as she works only some days then you are most blessed for she is a service statesman in my opinion and I will travel anywhere for good quality good service and ongoing business in that area. I find sale time to be great for good value and that special item to be on the rack or found by this store

I was TOTALLY ignored by the 'shop assistants'. I was on the lookout for a whole new wardrobe for an upcoming cruise and 'they' didn't even acknowledge my existence! They lost a HUGE sale for their indifference........lucky for me there was much better service both up and down the street!!
