We used ROI for our SEO activities. We cancelled the contract after reviewing the results as compared to the promises.
When we cancelled the contract, ROI required 30 days notice. We were okay with this and requested that the services continue during the notice period. We were happy to pay for services provided and had the expectation that we would get the services we were paying for.
ROI refused to provide any services during the notice period. We informed ROI that we would not pay for services that they refused to provide.
ROI then flagged our non payment with the credit agencies. They were clearly trying to be vindictive.
I would suggest avoiding a company that behaves in this way.
Great service by the people at roi.com.au - I will defiantly be recommending them to anyone. No complaints so far, their service has been top notch. Well done guys and thanks for everything.

As a local florist my customers were suggestion I should have website adapted for iphones. I contacted roi as I a friend of mine uses them and I have never heard any complaints. Within 5 days I had a fantastic looking website which my customers can now access on their phones. I'm delighted with the end result and will definitely be recommending roi to my friends.

As a fencing supplier I had no knowledge of online marketing but I had heard that I needed it. My account manager was more then happy to help me understand every step that he was making on my businesses behalf. I don't know what they did but my business is doing better then ever!

I would like to compliment the roi team for their hard work they have put in. I'm delighted to have finally found an online marketing company who I can understand and the deliver the work I have requested. My sales have increased by 20% month on month and I am now outranking my competitor. I would recommend roi to any business who is looking for an online provider who will deliver results. As I have come from their competitor I will keep my contact details private.

total agreement with the above business. I was with them on a 12 month contract, then after 3 months I discovered they had done nothing for me, and i was gradually falling away in google to nowhere. I tried to cancel but they threatened to sue me. I got a call first from the accounts manager who was such a bully boy, then i got a call from a lawyer!! I paid up due to stress. This firm has a reputation as snake oil salesmen in melbourne. I wouldnt trust them as far as I could throw. What a mistake. I bought their hype because the hype was in the form of stories in mainstream media like the Age and business papers.
Very embarrassing!
