We initially starting building with Rojas in 2021. During this time the build included multiple requests for more money days before the next stage was due to start. Multiple finishings in the house are of low quality and not the finishings that were outlined in the contract. We have had multiple issues throughout the house that have yet to be rectified by Rojas, the paint work done by their painters is substandard. If you are thinking of building with Rojas, you’ll need to factor in all the last-minute hidden costs and extraordinary amount of stress dealing with this company. Avoid if you can.

Rojas were the builder's we chose to extend our ex-govvy home to allow for additional space since our place was built in the early 70's and was pretty small. Rojas pre ordered the materials which meant we didn't have to move out of the house until the builders were ready to start. It also meant there wasn't a massive amount of time where no work was occuring.

From the point we moved out, we were back in the house within about 6.5mths, which considering it was a 9-12mth build, it was an amazing effort from Rojas considering the size of the extension.

Overall quality of work is good, extending a house is always difficult but Mauricio and the guys did a great job integrating a second story plus attached garage into the existing house.

Again considering the size of the build, there are a few small outstanding issues but that's no different to any other builder. Highly recommend Rojas for any small or large building work.

Had a great experience when they did our first renovation, we used them again for our 2nd renovation. Very easy to deal with builders who provide good advice as well as a good finished product.

The Rojas workers were excellent - they took a genuine interest in the quality of work and gave honest advice on various aspects of the design and build.
The manager was very busy and made a few mistakes - maybe could have communicated a bit better but was able to do a good job in the end given the circumstances.
Overall , I am happy with the build and would recommend Rojas .

Rojas Constructions completed our new downstairs bathroom and storage room on schedule and the workmanship was outstanding. We are very pleased with completed project. The engagement to design the solution was excellent and great suggestions such as installing a pump to connect into existing sewerage pipe really helped contain costs.

We chose Rojas for a project in our house, that had many small requirements and required continuous back and forth between us and the team. Throughout the whole build Rojas were polite, understanding and very flexible. They really did care that we got the results we wanted, and completed everything in a timely manner. I can honestly recommend them to anyone that wants an excellent level of care, and a high standard of workmanship regardless of the size of the job. Legitimately worth 5 stars as a company.

Daniel and his team built a beautiful home for us in Strathnairn. It was a pretty stress free build and any problems were sorted out quickly. Best thing was the quick communication with Daniel and suggestions he made. Will be calling him first when we look to build an investment property in a few years.
