Rojas were the builder's we chose to extend our ex-govvy home to allow for additional space since our place was built in the early 70's and was pretty small. Rojas pre ordered the materials which meant we didn't have to move out of the house until the builders were ready to start. It also meant there wasn't a massive amount of time where no work was occuring.

From the point we moved out, we were back in the house within about 6.5mths, which considering it was a 9-12mth build, it was an amazing effort from Rojas considering the size of the extension.

Overall quality of work is good, extending a house is always difficult but Mauricio and the guys did a great job integrating a second story plus attached garage into the existing house.

Again considering the size of the build, there are a few small outstanding issues but that's no different to any other builder. Highly recommend Rojas for any small or large building work.

Nick from Stain Busters Canberra did a great job on my carpets in a rental property. He was in and out within an hour for a 2 bedroom townhouse with Carpet in 3 rooms plus a hallway. On top of that Nick managed to remove around 90% of a terrible stain in the carpet from stained Merbau timber that had leaked into the carpet and sat in there for around 9 months. Nick had never removed anything like that before but it come up a treat and is barely noticeable. Would definitely recommend.
