I had a terrible experience with this company. I had a leak in my roof that they only half fixed because a month later I noticed black mould growing on my brand new ceiling (which cost me $2500.)
I was told every excuse why their warranty doesn’t cover this, that it’s a new leak (even though black mould doesn’t just appear after a day) and it up to the customer to test their repair, because as I was told they don’t test after that have repaired the roof. God forbid if they did a job for a little old lady it’s her responsibility to water her roof down, then get in the ceiling to check their work.
Completely unreasonable and ridiculous.
I would definitely not recommend his company.

We first met Jeremiah in 2008 and his team did a fantastic job on our roof - Ridge Capping. Our neighbours we so impressed so they also asked to have their home done as well. Jeremiah and his team were reliable, friendly and the work done including the clean up was perfect. In 2010 after storm damage we told our insurance company we would change companies if they did not use Roof Doctors and they agreed. Once again despite Roof Doctors being inundated with calls they came out and fixed all our roof damage and problems. Jeremiah was innovative and created a solution for our roof to prevent further storm damage and ten years later despite similar storms we have had no further damage.
