We booked Roof Doctors a week ago and rang twice to confirm the date and time. Took the day off work, and no-one turned up. Rang to see when they would come and left a message. No one returned our call, or had the curtesy to apologise. Not happy.

Jeremiah was very pleasant to deal with. I feel that they are a good honest business. I had a small leak repaired a while ago and Jerimiah tool some photos of our ridge capping that needed repair. As we are 2 story I hadn't noticed. repairs are done now and they gave the repairs a 15 warranty.

After heavy rain in December, noticed a damp patch on the ceiling. Called Roof Dr early the same morning. Jeremiah was at the house within 30 minutes and found the cause and fixed it straight away. Brilliant! Also asked advice about the roof in general, expecting a 'sell' job on full roof restoration. To my delight it was just a case of fixing the ridge capping, otherwise the roof was fine. Reasonable price and the job done at a time convenient for us. Great service all round.

Had storms last night. Lounge ceiling was leaking badly called roof doctor. They came out that night and did a temporary fix which stopped the leak. Now waiting for them to repair the roof. Happy with there prompt service
