I booked a move with Rose removals for a 16 ton truck as there was a lot of items to be moved to our new place in Coronet Bay. There were three pickup address so the move was going to be long and hard.

The guys came in the big truck and we're able to manage parking in all the three locations and got on with the move well. The work went well and it was all done in 8 hours and I was relieved by the end.

Our office was moving to a new area and we needed a firm to help us pack the office electronics and items. Rose removals we're happy to do the work for us as they had the supply of boxes of all kinds to pack the PCs, peripherals, documents and other items.

They charged us for the hourly rates and for the materials that were used during the packing. The team did the packing well and ensured the boxes remained strong and kept the fragile items packed tight to prevent any potential breakage.

I wanted a company to help me move from my apartment in Richmond and needed a small truck for that with two men doing the move. The Rose removals had good rates and the job was accepted. The move was going to be tough as there is a lot of distance to cover till the truck from my apartment as the truck wouldn't have direct access to the service lift.

The move nonetheless went well as the guys packed up the items and transported it within 5 hours despite the long walk to the truck. I give props for that.

Rose had the wooden storage boxes that would fit my stuff for storage. It was cheaper than the self storage places and the Rose guys would do the move as well. The 6 ton truck came with two guys to do the move. I went them in the truck once the items were packed and they put the stuff into the boxes. I booked it for 6 months and paid the required amount and the rest will be done later. The Rose had the good prices and the move included too that I like.

I did a move with the guys from Rose as I felt they had good rates. The work was booked quickly and the team came in their 6 ton truck and started the work on time. The guys had to park a bit away from the front door and I could see they did work around that problem. I was done with the move in less than five hours and was glad the guys did the work as expected.

I wanted a storage solution for the stuff I wanted to keep while I stayed in a temp house. I didn't have anything crazy expensive that I needed a warehouse self storage unit. All I needed was two storage boxes as the volume needed was low.

I reached out to Rose and they were selling storage space for the volume I had. It wasn't as expensive as the self storage ones. They came and picked up the items themselves and that felt great for me.

I wanted some.packing done for my partner's stuff that were going into storage for a while she is overseas. I hired Rose removals as they had a good quote on rate and costs of the packing materials , such as boxes and stuffing papers. The guys came on time with all the materials. They did the whole job in less than three hours and charged accordingly. The whole aspect was simple from start to finish and I got the stuff ready for the storage without any hiccups.

I had made a booking for a small truck with the guys for a move to Altona North. There was enough stuff in the 2 bedroom house that I wanted to take with me but the truck from Rose fit the purpose well.

The team also did the move well and took the route as suggested by me to the new place. I would say the work was done in less than three hours as there wasn't a lot of driving time.

We filled out the inventory list for a 2 bedroom appartment accurately we even ticked that we had a dinning room table (From Ikea which we actually ended up flatpacking) & an out door seating (which we also flat packed)

We got quoted a 5 tonne truck. The 2 men arrived we showed them everything in the appartment to be loaded onto the truck & also confirmed that nothing needed to be wrapped.

They loaded the truck horizontally with the bedroom furniture first. Before even loading the large items eg. the fridge, washing machine they say that our 3 seater couch dose not fit into the truck & that they will have to do a second trip to fit the larger items in. The location was Bentleigh to Blackburn, a lot of time wasted!

We we quoted $94 an hr plus GST yet after the second trip they tried to make us pay $120 an hr plus GST due to the second trip (says in quote no extra for multiple locations) they charged us $50 in wrapping (We confirmed we did not want anything wrapped & didn't get told a price before hand) It was a flat rate of $20 for the fuel level yet they charged us $40.

They gave us the invoice & refused to unload the truck untill it was paid so they also added a lot of extra time to the job as they hadn't even started uploading the second trip (1st trip took 15 mins to unload) though they said they charge by the minute after 2 hrs.

So basically they packed the truck in such an unprofessional way that they couldn't fit a 3 seater couch in. The job ended up costing us $740
They were very rude, very angry & even the lady [Redacted name] who handled our complaint over the phone basically said too bad take us to VCAT.

Rose were helpful with my packing needs that I needed for storing it in a locker. The guys brought their own boxes and materials and charged me for the items as used , plus the hourly rates they have. They even got the boxes to pack even two paintings I wanted to go. The guys came on time and worked in two and half hours. The work was finished faster than I thought so I appreciate the work done.
